Loving CarePartners is now interviewing for the following positions:
Licensed Caregiver
- Licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota as Certified Caregiver
- Experience in a Residential Care setting is an advantage
- Will be tasked to provide personalized care to the residents, coordinates care with the administrator, monitors the resident(s) health and communicates with family members on status of the resident
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Attendants (PCA)
- Completed Training and Certification as CNA and/or PCA
- Certification to practice as CNA or PCA in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in a Residential Care setting is an advantage
- Will be tasked to provide nursing care and personalized care to the residents
- Facilitates the care plan and coordinates with the administrator on the residents’ health management
- Communicates with the family members regarding the health of the resident and recommends appropriate changes or modifications to the care plan as necessary
Trained Medication Assistant
- Has Certification as Care Practitioner with special training on administration of medication
- Experience as Pharmacy Technician is an advantage
- Experience in a Residential Care setting is an advantage
- Will be tasked to monitor stocks of medications and remind residents to take their medication
- Coordinates with the family members and/or the physician on the resident’s medication plan
- Coordinates with the family members and/or the physician in case a prescription refill is needed
Dietitian
- Licensed and Certified in the state of Minnesota as Registered Dietitian
- Creates Meal Plan for Residents
- Consults with Residents on Diet and Nutrition
- Coordinates with Caregivers and Meal Preparation Staff on Diet Restrictions, Allergies and other Food Aversions of Residents
