Adult Foster Care

Loving CarePartners offers Adult Foster Care services based in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. We care for elderly individuals in a warm and welcoming living environment staffed with caring individuals to oversee the health and wellbeing of our residents. Our home is a place where elderly individuals and handicapped adults can find solace when they reach a point in their lifetime that they can no longer care for themselves.

We also accept residents who are in need of supportive care due to their physical or mentally impairment. Loving CarePartners provides meals, room and board, personal care and safety supervision. We encourage them to maintain their highest level of function so that they can continually avoid institutional care.

Loving CarePartners was founded in 2012 as an alternative to traditional large-scale assisted living, memory care and nursing home facilities. Our aim is to create something different compared to most long term care services being delivered in clinical, impersonal, institutionalized settings. Our management has organized our operations in a way that intends to maximize normal living environments and day-to-day life, resident autonomy, introduce a sense of community and oneness, and a quality of life that makes our unique homes accommodate a small number of residents from 5 to 6 individuals.

Adult Group Home Coming Soon…

Loving CarePartners is currently in the process of setting up an Adult Group Home to serve individuals in the community through trained and experienced caregivers, medical social workers and care coordinators.

The group home will admit adults who have chronic disabilities and behavioral issues in a residential environment. Our facility will serve as a transitory setting that offers support programs, independent living guidance and other foundational services that aim to reintegrate these individuals in the community.

At Loving CarePartners, we believe that aging can be a rich and rewarding phase of human life. In line with this believe, our facilities create holistic and therapeutic living environments. We build each home to be similar to the private homes of our residents.

Our homes feature:

• An open kitchen and a large table around which we serve meals between friends and family
• Each resident’s room opens onto the center of our facility which is the open kitchen
• No long corridors and no institutional designs
• We maintain a sanctuary to care for our beloved elders who may be experiencing progressive life limiting conditions and/or memory impairments.
